He found a renter within a week after I signed all my paperwork, and this renter already had a lease signed within a day. It was all very quick and very efficient. I was very pleased with how easy it was, and James did a great job communicating the necessary information to me. It was a great load off of me, not having to worry about finding a renter on my own or wait very long. It was also very convenient to use DocuSign online at my convenience. I am very happy with everything and have already been recommending Renter's Warehouse to other people who hadn't thought about renting their house out and can't sell.
