After being told by someone else that we would not be able to find a renter we were pleased to work with Dean Karlen and his team. Dean stated that it usually takes them 3 weeks to find a renter and we had 2 in that time. It felt like I just handed the keys over to Renter's Warehouse and everything else was taken care of. I felt that everything was done to not only protect me (the home owner) but was also set up to protect the tenant. Which is great to see that fair and balanced business practice is happening.
