Scott has been very helpful in the entire leasing process. His communicaiton was clear and timely. His estimate of the monthly rent for the market was spot on. As a result, we got tenants secured within a reasonable timeframe, and more importantly, for a very favorable rate. He got a good sense of what types of candidates will make for good tenants for a given property. We did not have to go back and forth negotiating what types of people we should target. Customizing the lease was also well done. He patiently listened to me and incorporated all my feedback nicely into the final lease. Overall, I have been very pleased with both the process and the outcome of working with him.
