We used Nicholas Vetter and he was very prompt in answering all of our questions and returning all of our calls/ e-mails. Out house rented much faster than we ever expected (1 showing the day it was posted and we were done!). We were very happy with the process!! We had one other company out prior to him and she missed the first appointment, was not prepared, and we had to send emails multiple times. We were pleasantly surprised with what a change Renters Warehouse was from the other company. We can only assume that this next year will go as smoothly with the renter in our house. If our renter does not continue his lease in the second year, we will be asking Nick to rent it out next year when it comes due. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.
