Steven Barks, and his team that included Kaitlyn and Kari were marvelous. He explained every step of the process, answered all questions in a timely manner and took care of everything. This was an extremely busy and stressful period in our lives and they made sure the entire process was handled profesionally and efficiently; In a timely manner yet they were flexible with our erratic schedule and that was greatly appreciated.
