Renters Warehouse has a solid program for finding quality tenants. Martin Kretzmann has been working with my family, as we live overseas, and he has done a great job for us. Recommended from a friend who had worked with Martin previously, he was quick to communicate at strange hours (we are 8 hours ahead), full of great info and quick to provide us with several options for tenants. Would recommend to anyone needing a similar service.
