Pete Shrader is a man of few words. He was very systematic and disciplined in finding us a tenant we were comfortable with and closing the deal. The service level was well above par. He always answered all questions candidly and comprehensively. He kept tab on all aspects of the process and ensured things were relayed and getting done.
This also goes to show Renters Warehouse not only retains good talent but also has good processes to support. Overall we are very pleased with RW and PS.
