So they have a diagnostic of $89 a few years ago when I wanted my air looked at. The technician, who seems alright enough, didn't do much of anything besides looking at the Freon levels and said it was empty and that its an old system and we would need a new system. No other information was provided but the sense of urgency to get a new system soon. I declined the new system, and got a few more technicians out, realized there was an issue with a puncture of a pipe from the a/c unit running out the side of our yard. Called Bonney plumbing and finally got a refund, I didn't pay for a diagnostic and not get a full diagnostic. This company is a ripoff and just wants your money and not your welfare.
