We called Saturday and was told between 11 and 3 on Sunday. it was 3 when the tech got here. We told them that it was and older unit so they would send someone who know about them, NO they send a young kid that had only been doing this a year and knew nothing about our unit. The tech did bring covers for his shoes but then had to go outside to get something and of course he didn't take them off so outside in the dirt and grease he went then walked back into my house on my new carpet with the dirty covers. What a waste of our time and money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
