I called for a plumber for a clog in my kitchen sink. I was told he would be there between 11:00 and 3:00. The following morning they called and said they could get someone there within the hour. Lupe, employee 190, was a very courteous, polite, and personable person. He did a great job in a timely fashion. I like the employees at Bonney because they are experienced, polite, and thoughtful.
