The tech Bonney sent was very good. He was a nice guy, and he came out and did a good job. I'd give a positive rating for the whole experience.

I chose them because I heard their ads on the radio. I called for work on my air conditioning, and they sent a guy over the same day. He was a really cool guy. He was not rushed, spent time going through everything, and told me the price upfront.

When he was done it was a nice, clean, professional service. The price was a little higher than some other places out there, but we got better service for it. That's the trade-off. Do you want a sketchy guy in a beat up truck or professional people with excellent service?
