We called Bonney Plumbing and had an estimate done for a shower. Not only were they an hour late, but the estimate was $2100. I had four other people come in with estimates with quotes ranging from $250 to $350, and the guy I hired did it in about 3 hours when Bonney Plumbing said it would be an all day job. I called Bonney the next day to complain about all of this, because I couldn't see how they could justify the cost and time they estimated.

I wouldn't go back to Bonnie Plumbing. Prior to that I had all kinds of service calls with them, and I was very pleased with them, up until that one point.
