We use Ten Storage for our business. Everything's good. For the most part we don't have trouble getting in on a regular basis. We had one or two problems with the key pad not working, but in many years that's only happened once or twice.

We do pay a monthly bill and we like the reminders they give you to pay, but they don't send out an invoice, which we don't like. We would appreciate if they would send us one.

All in all, we've been using them for at least five years. They're conveniently located for us.
