I needed same day service to pack, move between two locations 40 miles apart, and unpack. I called several other companies which were all booked. Let's Move It Right scheduled three workers and a truck (they did not inform me about the truck during the reservation, so I had to return -- and pay for -- the U-Haul truck I had already rented). They arrived about three hours after the promised time, but the agent told me during the wait that their previous job had gone longer than expected. The movers were professional and competent, although they sometimes seemed tired and grouchy, which is understandable after many hours of moving work! The movers completed the job without any wasted time, and they charged only for time and a very small amount for wrapping materials; there was no separate charge for the truck or mileage, which was nice. I had one small billing issue which they resolved after two calls to the office. Overall, I was happy with their service on such short notice, and would use them again.
