I'll begin by saying that I had doubts based upon a few not very good reviews; however, Tom was very thorough and professional and he allayed fears and convinced me to go with Let's Move It Right. We are so happy that he did because we had a 13 hour move where Julian and his 2 other guys were non-stop working and moving far faster than I expected. Our move was a major down-sizing and we thought that we had prepared well with a great system of organization and color coding of boxes to each room. What we discovered was that many items we had packed were not packed well enough to make the move so the crew helped us to repack really well and then they further helped out at the other end when we discovered that we didn't leave ourselves enough room to house all of the packed boxes when we got there. The guys were great and helped us move things around-all the while never complaining and always being extremely polite and courteous. We have been unpacking for a whole week now and still nave not found a single broken item so we 'd like to thank Tom, Julian and the guys, and Let's Move it Right for a great move experience!
