New England Tire are really responsive and great with communicating on issues with your car, making sure to keep you updated! They let you know right when it's done, too. The staff is great. They know what they're doing, and I don't find that the sales people or front desk people are pushy. I feel like they're honest about what's really wrong with the car and let you know what can be done.
