Joanne of Maid to Order is the only one who cleans for me unless I have extra cleaning. They are always on time. She'll call you if she's going to be late for any reason. I can only say good things about Joanne, the owner. She is wonderful with people. I've been a customer for a good seven or eight years or longer. Joanne will do anything, even if it is extra, with no complaints. She's trustworthy. I'd say that the quality of her work is a five.
