We had used True Clean Carpet before, so when came time to do it again, they were the obvious choice. The first time left that kind of impression!

I actually believe that this time may have been better. The appointment was for 1:00 PM, and the serviceman, Brent, arrived right on time. He first went over the work we wanted done, both carpets and furniture. And then he explained their process. After that, I pretty much left him alone.

When he was done he discussed each room and how best to complete the drying, etc. While the work was excellent, I was also impressed by his attitude and professionalism. He made sure all of our questions were answered and we were satisfied before he left.

I'm sure the next time we need any carpet services, we will be back with True Clean Carpet.
