I called True Clean twould days before they came out to clean my carpets and they were able to accommodate my time request on such short notice. I've always used Sam's or Stanley Steemer but after poor customer service and unfriendly carpet techs we decided to try True Clean. After reading their reviews and seeing that they have been.voted number one in St. Louis we decided to give them a try. We are very pleased and happy that we did, Brent the tech called a couple hours before our appt and asked if he could come early and we said of course, he arrived very professional and polite, wore booties over his shoes which is a first that we've seen out of all the other companies we have used, the price we were charged was the same we were quoted over the phone unlike the other companies we used, we weren't up sold anything else, Brent did an amazing job on the carpets, they look great and we will be calling True Clean again when we are ready to get the carpets cleaned again next year.
