Brent just finished our carpet cleaning. He did an unbelievable job with our older carpet that had many older cat stains--not every one of the stains could be totally removed--but they are almost gone and the carpeting as a whole looks 100 times better. We had also requested the odor treatment--I am so glad we did. The entire house smells so fresh and clean. I am just sorry the we did not call True Clean sooner--we will be calling them again and will be asking for Brent!
