Your technician (Brent Shaw) arrived on time and ready to go to work.. He did his walk through and told me the cost would be less expensive than what I was quoted... I had him add my recliner for the difference... the work he did was excellent and my carpets are cleaner now than the last time I used a competitor... Thanks and Brent did a great job
