I found this company on google after having a previous appointment to get my carpet cleaned cancelled by the company the morning of the cleaning. I had already moved everything I could and didn't have much flex room due to my job. I have used all the big name company's in the area, fyi! None compare to this in customer service or workmanship in my opinion! Courtney took my initial call, was able to schedule cleaning for the next day & was totally professional. Brent arrived the next day and again, he was very friendly & totally professional and knowledgeable about this service. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing which made me relax. He was very fast and I was surprised at how quiet his equipment was and how it made my carpet look brand new immediately! He was very efficient, quickly completing the job and above all my home feels clean. I love that no soap/detergents were used and having carpets cleaned for over 30 years I do know that soap is a magnet for dirt. Also I can feel the difference walking barefoot on the carpeting; it's not stiff & taunt but soft like brand new! Organic cleaner, no chemicals to harm me, my family or pet. Really can't say enough but I am super happy & have already referred True Clean Carpet to my neighbors!! Price was very fair & reasonable too!! Will definitely use this company from now on!
