Even though I read about True Clean and the process they use on their website, Jake went over it again and educated me on how to keep your carpet looking newer longer. I really needed a company to come at 7:30 in the morning and Sears and Stanley Steamer just simply could not come that early. Called True Clean and spoke with Courtney and she said absolutely no problem. We'll be there and sure enough Jake showed up at 7:30 sharp! Thanks True Clean for great SERVICE!!
