Andrew did a great job cleaning our Berber carpets. He showed up promptly, explained the process and proceeded to clean the carpets with attention to detail. The carpets were dry within approximately 2 hours with no chemical residue. I also appreciate the fact that the price that I was originally quoted was the price that I was charged, unlike some other services that I've used.
