Julian cleaned my carpets on 11/11/15 and did an outstanding job. He called ahead of time and let me know he could come earlier than the scheduled time and that was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would, walked me through the process and went right to work. When he finished, I was amazed by how great my carpets looked. They hadn't been cleaned in a while and had some stains I didn't think would come out. He took care of it all!!! I'm thoroughly satisfied and have already recommend True Clean and Julian in particular.
