Our experience with True Clean couldn't have been better. The technician, Mike, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fantastic job on our carpets. Our carpets haven't been cleaned in 9 years--and we have 2 dogs and 3 kids (yeah, I know, GROSS).
