A great experience from beginning to end!
When I called to get an estimate the person that answered was friendly and helpful. I got a reminder call last night about my appointment this morning. Julian did the work and he was on time, friendly, and professional. He spent extra time on some high traffic areas and the carpets look SO much better. He finished about an hour and a half ago and the carpets are most of the way dry already-nice! I would highly recommend True Clean Carpets and Julian!
