Andrew just left an hour or so ago and the carpet looks great. He was very personable and professional, guarded the walls properly, moved the desired furniture out of the way, wore protectors over his shoes, etc. Looking forward to the 2 hr dry time so that we can get our pets and new baby back on the carpet. So far so good!
