I just wanted to say that mike McDonough was the most professional person I have ever had clean my carpets. First he called to see if he could come early. He looked at all the areas to be cleaned. Showed us spots that might not come totally clean due to our note getting all the coffee cleaned up from a spill a few years ago and then cleaned and met his estimated time. He was polite, friendly and gave us an estimate for our basement and 3 bedrooms. I will be calling and making another appt and requesting Mike.
