Completely happy with the job Andrew and Jake did. A visiting dog had gotten excited and left a bright urine stain on our beige carpet. We also had several small stains of unknown origin on our grey bedroom carpet. All stains were removed! The carpets looks like new. Andrew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A great perk was being given a container of spot remover for future use.
