This is the second time we've had Andrew out to the house to clean the carpets and stairs. We had a few incidents where the puppy wasn't feeling well - and the carpet paid the price! Andrew was fast, courteous, very friendly while still being professional - and, most importantly, did a FANTASTIC job. No more "dog residue" anywhere! And the carpets were dry almost immediately.

Our toddler even took a nap while he was there! The machine is as loud as you'd expect it to be - but not "too" loud.
