Technician did his job with professionalism and courtesy and quickly. The carpet took alittle longer than we expected to dry and some of the stains were unable to be removed (coloring from top area rug runoff during previous cleanings did not come out of bottom carpet the tech cleaned for us) But, overall, would recommend your company for the job!!
