Andrew was fabulous! Went over everything with me, gave me some tips for pet odors. Even as old as this carpet is, it looks soooo much better. My kids even noticed how much better it looked and for a 13 and 10 year old that says something!!! He was very professional , friendly and the drying time was awesome! Will use them again!!!
