Julian was my technician and he was professional, respectful and helpful. Two trouble spots on my carpet were something I thought I would just have to live with. However, Julian got them out! The 10+ year old carpet looks brand new. The only downside was ... it was a very humid, rainy day and the carpet was still damp to the touch six hours later. Waited to move back furniture until the next day. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results and will request Julian when I call again.
