Andrew came out to clean the carpets of a house that I just recently purchased. I was frustrated that the previous owners had a rabbit that they let run around. This was causing the smell of a "wet dog" to linger no matter how much I vacuumed. Andrew did a terrific job explaining everything that he was doing and tips on how to keep the carpet clean when he was leaving. Andrew was very professional mixed with a dab of "carpet cleaning" humor which helped us feel more comfortable.
