Mike did a fantastic job on our carpets. He took his time to thoroughly clean each room, which was no small task considering that it was our first professional carpet cleanining in more than 10 years. We were actually considering replacing our carpet with laminate floors because we could never quite get it as clean as we wanted it ourselves.
