My carpet is 14 years old. I had used another company about 19 months ago and it didn't take long for the dirt and stains to come back. This was before True Clean (Zero Rez at the time) came to Jefferson County. When I heard Trish Gazell's commercial, I called and talked to Steve to see if they had started coming to Jefferson County and was very happy when he said yes. When Jeff got to my house he made sure to tell me that all of the problem areas might not come clean. I was so amazed with the results when he was half way done that I took two pictures to show the difference. I just couldn't believe the end result. It is a miracle and I couldn't be happier! Jeff couldn't have been more professional, courteous and friendly. They have a customer for life and I highly encourage anyone that might be considering getting new carpet because they feel their carpet is beyond help to give them a call first. thank you Steve and Jeff!
