I have three large dogs and the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Things were especially bad because the dogs had been having free rein as a family member had been in the hospital for a few weeks and the dogs were on their own daily. My in-laws were coming and I really was just hoping to get the main traffic areas knocked down a bit. I was amazed at how most spots just seemed to have disappeared! The nap was fluffy again and it did dry quickly!! The tech doing the cleaning pointed out spots he couldn't get out - but he did have to point them out!! The price was reasonable - I think I got an Angie's List discount, and it was a truly great job! I will call them again!
