Rudy did an excellent job!!! Arrived on time! He was very efficient. We had 3 pieces of furniture and 8 dining room chairs cleaned. We had approximately 2100 sq. foot of light colored carpet cleaned. We have 2 cats, all stains came out! Also discoloration from a piece of furniture came out! It was a six hour job, but he didn't quit /break until it was done. He cleaned up after job done. He explained along the way any issues and was very careful with our furniture. He did tests on material to make sure it was o.k. to clean. Rudy was very friendly but not too talkative. True Clean is very reasonably priced. Carpet dries very quickly. No residue, can walk on it immediate, if need to, but we don't. He did say 2-4 hours to dry, but parts are already dry. A large fan was placed to speed up drying.
