True Clean Carpet saved the day! I scheduled an appointment with another no residue company and it ended up being a terrible experience. ZeroRez was scheduled to come and do some cleaning and looked over the areas and left. I had the misconception that they were coming back to do the cleaning. Then after contacting their office two hours later they told me they weren’t coming back to service my home. I called True Clean Carpet, the woman in the office was very kind and informative and was able to book me an appointment for the next day! Andrew arrived on time, he was very nice and was very informative as well. He spent extra time on some coffee stains that I had and was able to remove them. Overall the carpets look wonderful and they dried real quickly! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! I will definitely be using True Clean Carpet again and would recommend them to anyone! Great Work!
