True Clean Carpet is a professional and friendly company that was easy to work with from making the appointment to job completed. In all fairness, our carpet was not overly soiled or stained (no pets, no kids, a no shoe house) but ready for a cleaning after being installed 11 years ago. I was first attracted to True Clean Carpet for their no residue/no detergent approach. I have watched bottled carpet cleaners initially remove a stain, only to eventually leave a dark shadow where the stain was removed. I have always believed it was the cleaner left in the carpet that later attracted dirt to the area. When I read True Clean Carpet's philosophy of not using detergents, it made perfect sense. With True Clean Carpet, our carpet was noticeably cleaner and has remained so to date. Our carpet was not dry in two hours as advertised, but that was not a deal breaker. The carpet cleaning was completed in a timely manner (we removed 98% of room contents) and total cost was very reasonable. We will use True Clean Carpet when we are ready for our next carpet cleaning.
