Andrew cleaned my carpets today. He arrived on time, did a walk through of the house and made sure everything was in order to start. He explained the pricing and it was just what was quoted to me on the phone. He estimated about 2 hours and was right on time. He did his work and allowed me to work on mine, which was great. When he was done, I checked everything out and the carpets looked great. I will see True Clean in another year!
