I was doubtful that the carpets needed cleaning except for a few spots. My wife wanted them cleaned so we scheduled them to be cleaned.
Andrew was here exactly at the time he was scheduled, he introduced himself, asked to look at what our needs were. After a walk of our home he explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to do and excellent job. His work was quick and complete. He is very polite and courteous.
The charge was the same as we were quoted and we are very satisfied with the job he performed.
