True Clean Carpet

Joshua Yurcisin's Cleaning Job

First off, I'd like to say I've always been a do-it-yourself kind of guy. My wife, not so much. She appreciated I tried to steam clean the carpets, but was unimpressed that even after all my work, the rooms still smelled like wet dog and dog accidents. Well, I guess I threw in the towel after that point and by chance my wife found True Clean Carpet and their four rooms fall deal. Appointment day came along and I was greeted by Joshua Yurcisin, who was very professional in his mannerisms. This alone made me feel like I was dealing with a well trained employee and not some unsupervised kid (I've been burned before). Joshua then confirmed my appreciation by going around each room and carefully examining what needed to be done and even helped me move some awkward furniture out of the way before starting. He worked hard without interruption for nearly three hours. As I sat down stairs, I could see a near constant movement of the large grey hose indicating there was no breaks in the process. By the time he was done, he cleaned up and I even noticed that every time he walked outside, he would take the boot protectors off and then ensure they were back in place right after his feet were back inside. This attention to detail meant good training to me, and that made parting with the service fee much more enjoyable. The quality of the carpet cleaning was excellent in my mind even though my carpet is thin and worn out in some areas. My expectations didn't matter near as much as my wife's, who was equally impressed and happy that the rooms no longer wreaked of the dog. Now the cleanup has begun after we gave the carpet time to dry completely and my 'honey do' list has gotten a bit smaller! Thanks again Joshua!
