On 9/27/14 I had True Clean come out and clean my entire upstairs of my house. To be honest I was a little skeptical on if they could do what they say considering I have a dog with really bad allergies and so we had a lot of stains. The gentleman that came out was Chase, he was very knowledgeable about the products they use and the process he explained everything in detail which I love because I am very detailed orientated. My carpets turned out amazing!!! It was unbelievable the transformation of my carpet since they had not been cleaned in over five years. I will definitely have them come out after the winter season to clean again. I feel safe knowing that they didn't use any chemicals. I feel great knowing that my carpets are truly clean. Everything that this company told me that they would do they actually did. From the moment I called to get information and set up the appointment to when Chase left us was an excellent experience and I will do my best to spread the word about this amazing company!!! Everyone should use them!!!!
