Andrew was scheduled to be at my house at 1:00pm. Door bell rang promptly at 1:00pm. He looked over the area of carpet I wanted cleaned, gave me the price, and DIDN'T proceed to discuss that this or that should be added to make the room look good. He proceeded to do the work and aggressively got the job done in a timely manner. Polite, professional and very nice to talk with Andrew. He gets an A+ from me.
