I had a coupon for one free room of Scotch Guard, but the tech did not have any available.
Carpet did not appear to be as clean as when I originally used this company years ago. This carpet is only 2 1/2 yrs old and this is the first time it was cleaned.

It was unfortunate that we did run out of Scotchguard that day. We did provide a free pet treatment in an attempt to compensate for the dissappointment of not having Scotchguard.
Carpet manufactures have carpet warranties that mandate that carpets be professionally cleaned within 18 months or the warranty is voided. The reason for this requirement is that carpet scaring can occur if not cleaned within this time period. Carpet scaring deflects light and causes carpet to appear dirty or dull when in fact it is clean. It is likely that this is what occured in this situation. We perform white towel tests to insure carpets are clean and we always insist upon an inspection before we leave. We are also happy to return and reclean an area free if soil has not been properly removed. So please call us if you believe that there is still any soil in your carpet.
