Mike was our technician. He was on-time, courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job! Our carpets were heavily soiled with dirt and dog hair and we though we would get them to look presentable. WOW! They look almost new! He took extra time cleaning the stains and then since he knew we were having company that night, he spent extra time trying to pull out as much moisture as he could. Will definitely use this company and technician again!
