Here's a true story: we just bought a house from out of state and arrived on a Friday prior to our moving truck. Much to our horror, the sellers hadn't cleaned the house and there was a layer of dog fur and odor everywhere (don't get me wrong, we like dogs but this was not ok). Despite hours of frantic vacuuming and even hiring a professional maid service, the fur and odor persisted in the carpeted rooms. We called a dozen carpet cleaning companies desperate to find same day service on Saturday afternoon, as movers were coming on Monday with our furniture. Just when it seemed that we'd have to pay extra to have our furniture moved on a later date to clean the carpets, I received a call back mid-afternoon from the owner Steve (I had left a message with one of their agents an hour or two prior). They managed to fit us in that evening. Andrew was very gracious and did a thorough job even though it was an add-on on a Sat evening. If that wasn't enough to boot, we qualified for a multiple-room special they had at the time, so we got a great deal too. Definitely recommend this service!
