reviewed carpet cleaning on tues. 6/17 was not sure about the quality only because i was not sure carpet was more than when i did it myself. however after a few days. today is friday. area of concern my traffic areas which at first did not seem any cleaner than when i cleened them myself. but now those areas as well as my whole carpet look fabulous. i think my carpet was still wet when i reviewed. and there where several factors involved with that. late arrival due to construction @ every turn to reach me (edwardville,IL) me having to leave in about an hour.
and that day being very humid. finally, the * they will not come to edwardsville for $179 although my house should have really on been $159 based on dimensions. hopefully they will offer discount to return customers to remedy $20 penalty. also customer called to see if there where any questions/concerns about my 3 star review, so for me again excellent customer service in era where actually talking to a "real person" hardly happens. a company that definitely cares about there reputation for me is a major plus
